The Scoop
1. We need a Board Certified Emergency, Family, or Urgent Care medicine.
2. Our Clinic is open 9:00am to 9:00pm, 365 days/yr.
3. There are 12hrs shifts, shifts/yr – minimum of 140 to 156 (minimum define in contract, can work add’l shifts when needed).
4. Salary – Very competitive
5. No PTO, but you have very flexible scheduling for time off with other providers
6. Staffed with other physicians and NPs, 2 providers per shift, sometimes 3 during winter months, sometimes one during summer months.
7. Volumes range from 35 to 100 visits per day.
8. Standard Hospital Benefits (health insurance, 403(b) Plan, salary continuance of per day compensation for 3days/wk for 3 months to bridge to long term disability when needed.
9. bonus pay for working hospital designated holidays (7).
10. 5 days of CME/yr, physician paid $500/day for attending and $2000/yr for reasonable expenses related to CME courses.
11. Hospital provides mal-practice coverage and tail coverage, reimburses for state license and DEA fees.

The Opportunity:
BC/BE Family medicine Physicians needed for Hospital owned urgent care facilities for quick, non emergency medical care for patients. Additional opportunity for a candidate to apply for and assume Medical Director responsibilities of the Urgent Care facilities. Physicians see around 20-25 patients per day. Schedule varies as the Urgent Care facilities are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a Hospital employed position. The base compensation begins at the MGMA Midwest Median per year with additional incentive/bonus money for WRVU production. For the right candidate, there is a signing bonus and Relocation assistance is available.
