WE NEED AN URGENT CARE PHYSICIAN

The Scoop

1. We need a Board Certified Emergency, Family, or Urgent Care medicine.

2. Our Clinic is open 9:00am to 9:00pm, 365 days/yr.

3. There are 12hrs shifts, shifts/yr – minimum of 140 to 156 (minimum define in contract, can work add’l shifts when needed).

4. Salary – Very competitive

5. No PTO, but you have very  flexible scheduling for time off with other providers i.e

6. Staffed with other physicians and NPs, 2 providers per shift, sometimes 3 during winter months, sometimes one during summer months.

7. Volumes range from 35 to 100 visits per day.

8. Standard Hospital Benefits (health insurance, 403(b) Plan, salary continuance of per day compensation for 3days/wk for 3 months to bridge to long term disability when needed.

9.  bonus pay for working hospital designated holidays (7).

10. 5 days of CME/yr, physician paid $500/day for attending and $2000/yr for reasonable expenses related to CME courses.

11. Hospital provides mal-practice coverage and tail coverage, reimburses for state license and DEA fees.
