Employed or guarantee including relocation, sign on, malpractice, salary, office expenses, etc. Medical Service Organization available for billing, collecting, etc. No HMO's, no state income tax, 4 % sales tax. Wyoming Medicaid pays higher than many insurance companies. 10 % discount highest amount.
