Family Practice Physicians needed for clinics in Northern California.
The physician will only have four days in the clinics per week. You will need hospital privileges in the local hospital, including ER and OB. This physician will work in the ER at times and deliver babies. There is travel between the clinics and hospital.
Our Compensation:
- The pay range is between $230,000 - $280,000, including call.
- All sites qualify for loan repayment.
- Full benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision paid by the employer. All dependents can be covered for a maximum of $100/month contribution.
- 20 days of paid vacation per year and 5 days for continuing education – plus $1,900.00.
- 12 paid sick days per year- plus 9 paid holidays.
- Malpractice insurance is paid by employer.
- Medical licenses paid by employer.

This organization is comprised of six separate sites and makes up a non-profit community health center corporation. The clinics are designated as Federally-Qualified Health Centers. The communities where these clinics are located are very small and rural. Compensation:
Salary range: $150,000
Income Guarantee x 2 years or Base + productivity
Partnership: No buy in w/ long term plans after 2 years
$25,000 signing bonus (to be repaid if leaving before 2 years)
Health Insurance
Malpractice Insurance: 1/3 million plus excess as required by NYS
4 weeks vacation as salaried (as desired for productivity)
2 weeks CME (call is traded)
